The Office of Counsel serves as the principal legal advisor to the Commander of DLA Troop Support. We also furnish legal advice to all operation and staff elements of DLA Troop Support. We are an integrated element within the Defense Logistics Agency's Office of General Counsel. Our goal is to provide the finest legal services to our clients.

Our attorneys provide advice and counsel in many legal areas, including Government contracts, bid protests, personnel law, environmental law, ethics, business integrity and alternative dispute resolution. Our office represents DLA Troop Support in litigation before the federal courts and various administrative agencies, such as the ASBCA, the EEOC, the MSPB, and the GAO.
